Dear Novice Teacher, Student Teacher, or Classroom Observer,
Thank you for your interest in being completing Observation Clinicals, Novice Teaching, or Student Teaching in Dunlap Community Unit School District #323. Our students are our most important asset to our community and school district, and because of this we do require all Observation Clinicals, Novice Teaching and Student-Teaching Placements to complete the process outlined BEFORE you are able to be in the classroom.
PLACEMENT APPROVAL
All student teachers, novice teachers, and observers must FIRST be approved by our Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum, Instruction, and Human Resources, Matt Andrews. You can contact Matt at [email protected]. Please have your college/university send placement requests to the Matt at the provided email address.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND INFORMATION
Please refer to the "Required Documentation" section below to understand what information needs to be completed PRIOR to your placement start date. You will NOT be cleared to start your placement until all required paperwork has been received and we have received results from your background check.
